All Together Outdoors
Welcome!
I'm Lucinda, and I joyfully offer inclusive outdoor play classes to young kids and their caregivers in Silver Spring, MD.
We meet weekly for purposeful play, songs, movement, and nature explorations.
We learn about a different creature each week while incorporating imaginative and sensory-based play.
I work to build community among children and adults while fostering wonder and a magical outdoor experience.
Spring Classes
I offer classes in Sligo-Bennington Neighborhood Park in all seasons.
This Spring, we’re focusing on Creativity and developing our divergent thinking!
Spring Classes
Thursdays, 9:30 - 10:30am (4/11 - 6/6)
Saturdays, 9:30 - 10:30am (4/13 - 6/8)
Season Cost: $220 for 9 weeks
Cost includes weekly email content to extend learning and play and a unique, handmade badge at the end of the season!

Summer Classes + Events
This Summer, we’ll be focusing on Sensory play! Each class will include the usual featured creature, but we’ll also have sensory stations, water + ice play to beat the summer heat, and a nature craft to make and take home!
These summer events are focused on Sensory Play! Sign up for one, two, or all six held throughout the summer!
All Together Outdoors in Action!
In order to supplement what we do in our weekly All Together Outdoors sessions, I send videos, pictures, and additional resources so families can continue learning and playing at home!

About
Hi! I'm Lucinda. My pronouns are they/them. Your family can address me as Lucinda, Teacher Lucinda, or Mx. ("mix") Lucinda.
I've spent my career working with children. Before starting All Together Outdoors, I led thirteen seasons with Tinkergarten. Prior to the pandemic, I led a Free Forest School in Rock Creek Park. Before that, I was a classroom teacher in Singapore and California. I am passionate about building inclusive communities and honoring where children are in their learning. Nothing brings me greater joy than being outside with kids!
I have actively participated in many anti-bias and anti-racism trainings and done extensive work to deepen my learning about inclusion, child development, respectful parenting, disability justice, and many more topics! I know my learning is ongoing and will never be finished.
